Coaching and Mentoring
We all have the resources to learn, grow, change
COACHING is for me the meeting space where reflections, understandings, intuitions, renewal and transformation of internal patterns, emergence of trust, clarity of direction and sense of agency occur.
The coaching I propose draws on precious resources such as the Enneagram, Nonviolent Communication and Solution Focus and can involve the awareness of somatic experience. I support the coachee in enhancing their talents, in achieving their goals, in expressing their potential and in developing their personal, professional or sports performances.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnership with clients that, through a creative process, stimulates reflection, inspiring them to maximize their personal and professional potential“.
I obtained the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the EMCC Senior Practitioner credentials
MENTORING is where wisdom meets inspiration for me. I can offer guidance and support based on decades of experience.
L’European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) così definisce il mentoring:
“A learning relationship that involves the sharing of skills, knowledge and expertise between a mentor and mentee through development conversations, sharing experiences and role modeling. The relationship can cover a wide variety of contexts and is an inclusive, two-way partnership for mutual learning that values differences”.
Coaching and Mentoring share many characteristics, both relying on a structured dialogue. Unlike coaching which is a non-directive intervention, mentoring also allows you to provide directive advice. The mentor can provide specific insights and information, can offer instructions on how to perform particular tasks or develop useful skills.

Somatic Coaching
Somatic coaching in particular is a body-oriented approach based on the holistic conception of the subject in which body, emotion and thought compose an inseparable continuum. It helps to reorganize perceptual patterns and build self-awareness in a non-cognitive and immediately clear and practical way.
